Potato Casserole

This recipe can use either fresh potatoes or packaged hash browns. It depends on your time. Below you will find all of the ingredients and directions that you need.

2 pounds potatoes, peeled and diced

or

2 pound package of hash browns, thawed

1 can Cream of Chicken Soup or Cream of Mushroom

1 stick butter, melted

2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded

1 pint sour cream



Mix together in large mixing bowl. Pour mixture into buttered 9 X 12 baking dish. Top with corn flakes. Bake at 350F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

This dish is sure to please. Enjoy!
