  Sore Throat Tips

  During cold and flu season, wash your sheets, pillowcases, and bedspreads every day. Also, wipe down walls with a cleaning wipe. Doing this will cut the spread of germs and make you well sooner. (Teresa E)

For a sore throat you should gargle some warm water with some honey and vinegar in it. It stops the hurt and makes it feel better. (Val)

Whenever you feel the first signs of a sore throat, earache, cold, flu, or cough coming on, pour about half a capful of hydrogen peroxide in your ears. Keep it in your ear until the fizzing subsides then do the other ear. (If fizzing doesn't subside to your satisfaction, you can repeat that ear first.) This will help you get well fast! (Lisa)
