Toilet : Ring and Build Up
By Wendy Shepherd
Apr 24, 2005, 20:32

Periodically drain your toilet and fill with hot water to soften up some of the buildup. Let that drain and scrub before it is filled up again.

Get rid of the ring around the toilet. Do this by using a paste of Borax and lemon juice. Let it sit for a couple of hours, and scrub with a toilet brush and rinse.

For toilets, use vinegar (white) and let stand for 15-20 minutes to remove stains. It will even remove built up lime deposits. (Sibyl)

Use Efferdent in the toilet overnight to remove stains and hard water deposits. (Linda)

Try Bonami for bathtub, sink, toilet rings. Cuts way way down on reappearing rings, demonstrate by cleaning rings away on a quarter of the tub, now use your other cleaner for the rest..just watch over time, you'll see! Bonami is packaged just like Comet or other Sprinkle on cleaners, in same section. (Anon)
