When making muffins, mix your ingredients in a juice pitcher so you can pour the mixture easily into each muffin tin. Result? Save time, and fewer drips.

To jazz up pancakes, french toast, or waffles, add a dash or two of cinnamon and/or vanilla to the batter.

Molasses can be substituted for corn syrup in a pinch. However, it will change the flavor of your recipe.
