Save Money - Cleaners

You don't have to use the full scoop! When you are using your soap detergent, they give you a scooper, hoping that you will use the full scoop everytime and have to buy more. You will be surprised at how much you can save if you use 3/4 or 1/2 of the scoop. Ofcourse, that is depending on how dirty the clothes are. (Mary)

______
Use a home brand white vinegar in the final rinse of washing clothes. It eliminates fabric softener and after three washes halves washing powder. The vinegar breaks down the soap compound. Well you try it. The clothes do not smell of vinegar. It took me some time to try it but after four months I am convinced! (Patricia Jones)

______
For an All purpose cleaner, mix ½ a teaspoon of dish washing soap or detergent, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, a squeeze of lemon or scented liquid and alot of water! (Coolzoog)

______
Use Bubble Bath diluted with water for an all purpose cleaner, and it deodorizes as it cleans. Will also soften hands and save money in your pocket.. cleans everything!!! (mrswud)

______
I never use softener sheets in the dryer. I fill a spray bottle with liquid softener and spray a old wash cloth. The bottle lasts a long long time and I always have fresh static free clothes. I also started making my own laundry soap and it is wonderful!! Makes the clothes softer, and cleans great !! (Lisa)

______
Make your own Spray 'N Wash! In spray bottle put 2 c warm water, 1 tsp. dish soap, and 2 TBS. ammonia. Shake, spray and wash in 15 min. (Adell F)
