Tips for Slugs

To keep slugs from invading your pet's food dish, take a styrofoam or plastic plate that is larger than the feeding dish. Place dish in center of plate. You then place salt around the dish in the plate. You may need to change this weekly. This will definitely chase off those slugs. (Jan)

To help keep slugs from getting into your strawberries, place sawdust in the strawberry garden.
