Ingredients
2/3 cup Unsweetened cocoa
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1 cup Milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla or almond extract
1/2 cup Sugar

Directions
1. In a heavy saucepan, combine cocoa, cinnamon and milk; whisk until all lumps disappear.

2. Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
Reduce heat; boil gently, stirring often for 5 minutes or until mixture is thick and smooth.

3. Cool slightly and stir in vanilla and sugar. Pour into a small fondue pot, crock pot, or heat-proof ceramic bowl.

Serve with bite sized pieces of bananas, strawberries, oranges, pound cake, or marshmallows.

Makes 2 cups.
